Paying your personal insurance policies with Pay Now is fast and easy. You don't need to sign up or login, just click below to pay your bill directly from your personal checking or savings account, or with your MasterCard or Visa debit/credit card. With Pay Now, your financial information isn't saved on our Website. Today, you can pay your personal auto, home and umbrella policies through Pay Now. At this time, it isn't available to pay business, farm & ranch, life or health policies.

Pay by Phone 1-800-MYAMFAM (1-800-692-6326)

You can use your checking or savings account as well as your MasterCard or Visa debit/credit card to pay the amount due on your personal, business or farm & ranch policies. Call our toll-free number 24 hours a day, seven days a week to make a payment. At this time, Pay by Phone isn't available to pay your life or health policies.

Online Billing

Online Billing lets you choose how and when you'd like to make your payment. Once you sign up for Online Billing in My Account, you will no longer receive paper bills. Instead, you will get an email 22-28 days before your bill is due prompting you to login to www.amfam.com to view your bill.

After you receive your first online bill, you can login and make a payment. You can set up your payment to be made when it's due.

Mail

You may also pay by mail. For timely processing, mail your payment at least five to seven days prior to the due date. This option is available for all American Family Insurance policies.

You can make a payment electronically through a financial institution or bill payer service of your choice.

Automated Funds Transfer (AFT)

AFT automatically deducts funds from your checking or savings account to pay your bill. Deductions can be for the minimum monthly amount due or for the full renewal premium. Once you sign up for AFT, you receive a paper bill if the amount due changes.
