When choosing a repair facility, the choice is yours. However, if you have not selected a body shop or glass repair facility, please consider our convenient repair programs:
Auto Repair
With the American Family Insurance Customer Repair Program (CRP), no other estimate is required, so you save time. We've selected repair facilities that give top-notch service. All you do is decide which shop to use.
Sound easy? It is. By using CRP, parts are ordered faster so your repairs are completed sooner. Claims are resolved faster as a result, too.
In addition, all repair work performed by an American Family Insurance authorized CRP facility includes a lifetime workmanship guarantee for the current vehicle's owner. Repairs are performed within industry standards. Payment for repairs is made directly to the repair shop when repairs are completed. This means less paperwork for you! Glass Repair
The American Family Insurance network of glass repair shops1 require no other estimates, and most glass repairs shops offer you mobile service. We have selected glass shops that provide world-class service, and in addition, you receive a guarantee for parts and workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. If you select a non-network glass shop, you are unable to receive the American Family Insurance lifetime guarantee.
Network shops bill American Family Insurance directly so there is no out-of-pocket cost to you, except your deductible (if one applies). In addition, the glass shops have agreed to complete the work for American Family insurance's market pricing. If you select a non-network glass shop, and the shop does not accept American Family Insurance’s market pricing, you may be responsible for any additional charges.
