Robert has a lengthy history in the insurance industry. He spent the last 18 years as a commercial claims adjuster and risk analysist. His focus is always taking care of the customer and making sure they understand the unique resources and experience the Ella Washington Agency offers.

Rosie is a Cleveland, Ohio native and has been in the insurance industry for 2 years and the customer service field for 10 years. She enjoys the fulfilling feeling of educating clients on their insurance needs that they might not realize they need to be covered for.

Sherry often educates on the importance of having Life Insurance and truly understanding the major differences in insurance policies within the industry. Sherry has 5 children that keep her busy and in her spare time, Sherry enjoys concerts with her husband.

Susan has been in the insurance industry for 25 years. She loves helping and interacting with clients on a daily basis. She grew up on the east coast before she made her way to beautiful Colorado with her 3 children.

Taylyn is our social media expert. Taylyn's talents include but are not limited to multiple social media platforms, agency websites, and graphic designs. Taylyn enjoys editing and filming commercials for both the agency and her studio, TaylynRoseProductions. Tessa is our auto, home and small business sales specialist, she has been with the Ella Washington Agency for over 6 years. Tessa is an outgoing people person whose passion is educating customers on insurance coverage. Tessa keeps busy with her 5 children, her grandchild and has the cutest Corgi dog named Brynn.

Traci has been in the insurance industry for 4 years. She enjoys the very competitive nature of the commercial lines of insurance. She also loves building strong relationships with her clients to help them with various claims throughout the year.
