Elayne is originally from the Detroit area and moved to Minnesota with her family when she was in elementary school. She has worked with Bill in the agency since 2000 and is licensed in property, casualty, health and life insurance. Her favorite part of the job is going out and meeting the clients and is usually the person that we send out to take pictures of your house. When the pandemic hit she set up a more permanent home office and is usually working from there. In her spare time Elayne loves to cook (coming from a Sicilian background she has a compulsion to feed people), spend time with her family, and is a voracious reader. An unexpected thing you may not know about Elayne is that her primary choice of music is Heavy Metal, and you can hear her blasting it while she's cleaning and driving.

Linda has been working in the insurance industry since 1989, mostly working with client accounts. In May of 2002 she started with American Family in a different agency. About ten years ago she decided to partially retire and scale back to part time hours. She started with our agency over nine years ago and enjoys the time she is in the office helping clients with their needs and spending time with the rest of the staff. She has extensive experience with commercial insurance and has worked closely with Bill to make sure your business has the right coverage for you. She was born and raised in Southwest Minnesota on a crop farm, and her family also did custom work for other farmers. She moved to the Twin Cities when she was 20 and found that she loved city life. In her spare time she enjoys working in her yard, gardening, and spending time with her dog.
