My name is Alex and I began working at Matthew Harrold Agency in 2021. I come from a strong background of customer service and wedding sales, and am excited to use my skills to build relationships with clients and assist with their insurance needs. I was raised in Arlington Heights, and currently live in Elk Grove Village with my husband and our 80 pound “lap dog.” My first language was Polish and I still speak, read, and write fluently. In my free time, I enjoy traveling (favorite vacation spot so far has been Greece), spending time with friends and family, going to my parents’ weekend condo in New Buffalo, Michigan and reading. I enjoy cooking (my husband does not even know how to cut a sandwich in half), so every time I make him a meal, he thinks I’m a Michelin-star chef. Looking forward to growing in the insurance field and providing everyone with the best service possible!

I am a Sales and Service Specialists who joined the Matthew Harrold Agency in November of 2017. I am a second-generation insurance person with over 15 years of industry experience. My passion for insurance comes from knowing that I have the ability to protect people and their family. I graduated from Maine South High School in 1990. I am Licensed in Property, Casualty, Health, and Life. I worked for 10 years in my family’s agency learning the ropes before coming to the Matthew Harrold Agency. When I am not working, I enjoy playing golf and rooting for all my local teams with my wife and three children.

My name is Marie and I have been with American Family since 2018. I have 4 children, ranging from potty-training to teenage years. I am the PTO president at Wood Dale Jr. High. I spend my free time with a cup of coffee and my favorite sunglasses on, cheering at the field. Whether it is a perfect pitch, hit, or throw from home to second for the out, the baseball or softball field is one of my favorite places to be! I believe kindness goes a long way. I am proud to be part of an agency that strives to give our best daily!

My name is Mary Claire. I have been working for Matt Harrold’s American Family agency since 2021. My Husband, David, and I married one week before starting the new career at Matt’s Agency. We have a house and adopted our furry friend, Blackhawk, shortly after. I Attended Elk Grove High School, class of 2013. My Uncle has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years which jump started my interest in insurance. I’m licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health. I have a cosmetology license as well. I worked in a men’s hair salon for about 8 years, 3 of those years managing the salon. I’m very excited to continue servicing customers, making sure all clients are happy and that their needs are met.

I am a Conant High grad, a former teacher, mom of 3 and I am so happy to join the amazing team under Matt's guidance. Educating others has been a part of my life for so long - it's my goal to help our customers understand their policies and the claims process. Being the newest addition, (and being the recipient of support,) I can say with certainty that our office is here to help.
