Charity has two wonderful children that keep her and her husband busy with their many activities.

My Insurance career began in 2006 with American Family and I am happy to be back providing value to our customers through customized insurance options at competitive rates. I am passionate about providing outstanding customer service experiences and building strong relationships. My husband and I enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful weather in Utah, where I was born and raised.

Shauna's passion for protecting our clients makes her an outstanding representative for our Personal Lines clients. Shauna has five children and four fur babies that she cares for. Shauna is musically gifted and enjoys singing and playing the piano.
