My name is Deb Lancaster. I am a Sales Specialist with the Mike Richey Agency. I grew up in Southern Illinois; however, I’ve lived in the Indianola area since 1986 and cannot imagine living any place else. On any given fall weekend, my favorite place is watching football - Cyclones. Hawkeyes, and Chiefs.

I'm Shelby, Office Manager for the Mike Richey Agency. I started here in February 2022 and have loved every minute of it. I’m originally from Fort Dodge, but moved to Indianola in March 2020. I have two wonderful kids – a boy and a little girl – that keep this mama busy. Outside of the office, I enjoy being a mom and spending time with my littles, riding motorcycles, bonfires, and grilling out.
